三江湿地典型植被的叶片氮含量与比叶面积关系的研究

摘    要:研究了生长在三江湿地(洪河自然保护区)12个典型植物种的比叶面积(SLA)和单位重量叶片氮含量的关系,利用光电叶面积仪(WDY一500A)测定叶片的面积,然后带回实验室用烘箱烘干(105℃下杀青30 min,然后80℃连续烘干至恒重),称量烘干重,进而计算出比叶面积,并将已知SLA值的叶片通过凯氏定氮法进行测定,将这两种方法得到的结果进行拟合,建立了SLA值和全氮含量在植物中的数学关系模型,经SPSS软件分析的结果表明相关系数达0.946,从而为三江湿地植物在生长期间氮含量(或比叶面积)的测定提供了一种新的方法.

Abstract:In order to find the relationship between the specific leaf area and the nitrogen content of leaf,the typical vegetation in SanJiang Wetlands were selected.The photoelectric leaf area instrument(WDY-500A)was used for on-farm measurement of the leaf area,then the leaves were taken back to dry in laboratory by oven(under 105 ℃,drying 30 min,continuous drying until the weight unchanging),weighed,and then the specific leaf area was calculated.In addition,the Kjeldahl method has been used for measuring the nitrogen content of these leaves.The results of these two methods have been fitted,draw support of software SPSS,as a result,the correlation coefficient is 0.946,a new method for measuring the nitrogen content(or SLA)of vegetation is offered.
