| 摘 要： | 采用毛霉Sb-27、黑曲霉Sb-ll固体培养所产生的纤维素酶和木聚糖酶对玉米芯进行酶解,以提高其饲用价值．酶解后的玉米芯中含12．6％的可溶性寡糖．毒理实验研究表明：以此工艺生产的产品安全无毒．证明经酶处理的玉米芯具有广阔的应用前景．

Study on feeding value of corncob by mixed enzymatic hydrolysis |

| Abstract: | The feeding value of cellulosic forage was studies by means of applying the mixed enzymes which were yield by the solid-fermentation of Mucor Sb-27 and Aspergillus Sb-11.The result showed the content of dissolved oligosaccharide of end product is 12.6%.The test of acute toxic,mice micronucles,mice bone cell chromosomal aberation and styphimurium anxotroph's back mutation had proved that it had no toxic effect.This product has a widely perspective. |
