| 摘 要： | 针对目前多功能电子阅览室的建设问题，结合长春市宽城区图书馆的实际情况，在目前先进的计算机技术、通讯技术和网络技术条件下，就多功能电子阅览室网络化建设的步骤、系统硬件的配置、应具备的功能、软件配置和管理等方面，阐述了自己的观点和看法。
