| 摘 要： | 本文根据持续发展理论阐述了土地资源持续利用管理的途径和对策 ,主要包括 :编制科学适用的土地利用总体规划 ;建立了土地用途管制体系 ;增加投入 ,开展土地整理 ,提高土地综合生产力 ;建立复合、高效、稳定的立体农业生态系统 ;运用级差地租优化城乡土地配置 ,建立生态型城市 ;加强资源环境观念教育 ,完善土地法制建设 ;运用现代技术 ,建立土地资源动态监测管理系统

| Abstract: | In this article, we use the theory of sustainable development to appraise the problem of land resources. The channels and countermeasure of how to deal with the sustainable development of utilization and management of land resources include, drawing overall plan for land utilization, setting up the system of land utilization, practising synthetic development, establishing beneficial agroecological system, improving or perfecting the legal system, applying modern technology and building up dynamic supervisory system. |
