PM Al—Li合金高应变速率超塑变形过程中的孔洞行为

摘    要:用扫描电子显微镜及拉伸试验研究了PMAl—Li合金高应变速率超塑变形过程中孔洞的形核、长大及其影响因素.结果表明,孔洞主要在三角晶界和晶界突起处形核,其长大由周围的塑性变形控制,随应变速率的提高,孔洞的形核率和长大速率增加;随变形温度的升高,孔洞的长大速率增加,材料对孔洞容纳性提高.

Abstract:The paper used SEM and tenslle test and studide PM Al-Li alloy'snucleation,growth and influence factor of the hole in the high strain rate super plasticdeformation processing. The results show that the hole nucleat chiefly in triangle crystalboundary and crystal boundary rise high opsition. The hole growth in controlled by surrounding plastic defornation, the nucleation and growth rate incrase of the hole along.with the improve of strain rate. The growth rate of hole increase and material toleratehole property increase along with the deformative rise.
