多级雾化分裂模式研究

摘    要:为要深入了解和有效控制多级雾化过程,采用观察和摄影手段对液体多级雾化的分裂模式进行了模拟实验研究.结果表明,无论是粘性液体还是非粘性液体,多级雾化过程均可有3种分裂方式,即滴状分裂、纤维状分裂和膜状分裂,并且随着雾化条件的改变,3种分裂方式可以相互转化,其临界流量与雾化气压、旋转盘转速等多级雾化工艺密切相关.

Abstract:In order to understand more about the multistage atomization process, the modes of liquid multistage atomization are investigated through simulation experiments by photographic observation. The results show that there are three types of disintegration modes in liquid multistage atomization: dropwise breakup, filamentwise breakup and filmwise breakup, no matter whether it is viscous or nonviscous liquid. These three disintegration modes can change into each other with the atomization conditions and the critical flow rates are closely related to the multistage atomization processing parameters such as atomization gas pressure and rotating disc rate.
