摘    要:针对我国进出口机械装备产品自身具有重量大、不易移动、检测场地有限制等特殊性,设计一套集成各类检测设备的车载远程检测系统。系统检测项目包括油样分析、振动分析、液压系统检测等,通过远程网络模式,实现对产品的现场快速检测和远程准确监控。实验结果表明,系统检测效率高,检测仪器的数量和位置具备灵活性,便于今后的进一步开发和使用。

Abstract:It is important to develop vehicular system which integrate inspection instruments , to focus on import and export machinery equipments which are heavy , hard to move and inspection. Oil analysis , vibration analysis , hydraulic systems inspection will be included in. It is easy to conduct quick inspection and remote control based on the remote internet. Experiment result shown that , this system have the advantages such as high efficiency , high flexibility of position and number of instruments. It is convenient for further development and research.
