| Abstract: | The creative quality of teachers means their stable psychology to show initiative,creative mind and ability demonstrated in their teaching activities.The quality makes big differences both to the development of teachers themselves and to the training of creative quality of studsnts.The creative quality of teachers can be cultivated by the personal efforts of teachers and the management from school authorities. |
