摘    要:介绍了俄罗斯液相还原过程-ROMELT的主要特点及现状,主张取消选矿,炼焦,烧结,球团,高炉工序,原矿原煤经破碎直接加入液相还原炉,获得制钢生铁、渣制品及电能。这有利于降低能耗,提高金属回收率及环境保护,预言21世纪中叶以后将全面代替高炉流程。

Abstract:The process of liquid reduction named ROMELT in Russia is introduced and its main feature and present situation are presented. It is advocated that the process of mineral dressing,coking,sintering,pelleing and Blast Furnace ought to be abolished. By adding raw iron ore and raw coal into the liquid reducing furnace directly after they are crushed (<20mm),pig iron for steel making,slag products and electricity can be gotten. This method helps cut down the energy consumption,increase the recovery of metal and improve environmental protection. It is predicted that this iron making method will replace the process of Blast Furnace after the mid 21st century.
