| 摘 要： | 在我区高校就业政策发生改变的转折期,在校大学生表现出众多与就业形势不适应的心态。文章通过对在校大学生的就业价值取向调查,有针对性地提出了构建我区大学生就业的心理调适机制和加强我区高校在校学生就业指导的几点思考。

| Abstract: | In the transitional period of changing the employment policies in Tibet,many college students appear to be inadaptable to the new employment situation.Through the survey of college students' view on employment,the paper specifically provides some measures to construct graduates' psychological adaptation to the new employment policies and strengthen the instruction of their employment. |
