| 摘 要： | 在先秦政治思想中,民本与民生是同一问题的两个方面。在封建社会里,不仅民本被纳入封建秩序发生了变异,而且民生思想被边缘化了。近代以来,在西方政治思想的冲击下,民本逐渐与民权相贯通,民生也作为一个与民权相关联的命题而突出起来。社会主义现代化必须与传统命题创新结合起来,这样民本就转化为执政为民,民权转化为人民当家做主,民生转化为社会建设。
