黄芪皂甙提取分离方法的研究

摘    要:利用索氏醇提、回流醇提、萃取纯化、树脂吸附纯化法对黄芪皂甙进行了提取分离.经红外光谱分析表明.树脂吸附法优于饱和正丁醇萃取法.用分光光度法测定了皂甙含量.由结果可知,索氏提取与回流提取无明显差别.从节约成本的角度出发建议用索氏提取进行粗提后,再用树脂吸附法进行纯化.

Abstract:Various methods such as Soxlet extracting ethanol-extraction, circumfluence ethanol-extraction, extraction refine and resin absorption have been used to extract and isolate Astragalosides. According to the result of infra-red spectrophotometric analysis, the method of resin absorption is better than n-butanolextraction. Comparing the content of Astragalosides measured by spectrophotometric analysis, there is no difference between methods of Soxlet extracting ethanol-extraction and n-butanol-extraction. In consideration of the cost, the method of Soxlet extracting ethanol-extraction followed by resin absorption refine is recommended.
