摘    要:本文建立了实验室规模的 UASB 反应器(总容积27. 85L)的动力学模型,通过灵敏度分析,得出:废水流量 Q,UASB 进水基质浓度 S_0、最大比基质降解速率μ_(max)对出水基质浓度 S_c 影响较大.讨论了不同水力停留时间下 S_0和 S_c 的关系;S_0和基质去除负荷 L 的关系.发现反应器运行情况和截面积无关,且反应器最佳高度为4~6m;不可降解基质浓度和基质浓度之比为0. 1122,COD 最大去除率为88. 78%,最大去除负荷 L_(max)为35 gCOD/L·d.

Abstract:Based on the fluid flow patern,a kinetic model of a laboratory-scale UASB reactor(27. 85 liters) for treatment of lime straw black liquor,was set up.By means of sensitivity analysis,it was found that the flow Q,the influent substrate concerntration S(?)(g COD/L),and μ_((?)x)(d~(-1) )had big influence on the reactor.From the model,relations between S(?)and effluent substrate cerntration Se(g COD/L),relations between S(?)and substrate load L(g COD/L·d),were discussed under different hyddraulic retention time. It was found that the area of the reactor had no influence on the effluent substrate concerntration Se,and the optimum height of the reactor was 4-6m.The fraction of nobiodegradable substrate concerntration was 0. 1122,the highest removing efficience was 88. 78%,the highest load L(max)was 35 g COD/L·d.
