| 摘 要： | 当前中国共产党要加强执政能力建设,关键是要提高科学决策能力,而科学决策能力的提高又取决于决策体制的创新,因为决策方面存在的种种问题,都可以在决策体制方面找到根源。本文在分析我党决策体制的现状与存在的问题基础上,阐述了决策体制创新应坚持的原则和决策体制的理念创新、内容创新。

| Abstract: | The key to strengthen the CCP's ability in managing the government is to enhance the capability of scientific decision-making.However, as we can trace the cause for various troubles occurring in decision-making,the way to enhance the scientific decision-making capability lies in the innovation of the decision-making system. After analyzing the present situation and the existing problems of decision-making system of CCP,the paper sets forth the principles to insist on innovating the decision-making system and its innovation of ideas and contents. |
