| Abstract: | This paper discusses on the necessity of improving the technical quality of enterprise workers,and in the light of the present situation of the technical quality of our country's enterprise workers,puts forward some countermeasures for improving the technical quality of enterprise workers mainly from strengthening the recognition and transforming the conception,taking the comprehensive training,teaching the workers in accordance with their aptitude,and establishing and perfecting the motivation mechanism,etc. |
