能带理论及其在结构化学中的应用

摘    要:本文从理论上分析了晶体中能带的形成、分类及其与物质性质的关系,从而说明用轨道理论研究原子结构、分子结构和晶体结构有着相似的规律性,并举例论述了能带理论在解释各类晶体特性方面的有效应用,以及能带结构与化学键、半导体性能等的密切关系。

Abstract:The formation, classfication and relations with crystal properties of energy band were analysized theoretically, which suggest that the atomic structure, molecular structure and crystal structure investigated by orbital theory show the similar laws. Applications of energy band theory in explainning various crystal properties and the relationship between the structure of energy band and the chemical bonding, semiconduct properties, etc.were also exemplified
