大学生对企业社会责任的态度及其影响因素研究综述

大学生是未来企业家的重要来源,越来越多的学者对大学生的企业社会责任给予关注,并陆续从各自的研究角度对这一领域进行探讨。文章对国内外学者关于大学生企业社会责任态度及其影响因素的研究进行了回顾与分析,从大学生对企业社会责任的态度、影响因素、相应的理论解释以及相关模型构建等四方面对现有文献进行了梳理,从而为深入探究大学生企业社会责任提供理论基础。

Literature Review on College Students Attitudes toward Corporation＇ s Social Responsibility and the Influence Factors

College students are the important source of future entrepreneurs, and more and more researchers pay attention to their corporation＇ s social responsibility. Researchers have studied a lot in this field from the perspective of their own. This paper reviews and analyses the researchers＇ studies on college students＇ attitude towards corporation social responsibility and the effect factors, then sorts out the literatures into four aspects： college students＇ attitude towards corporation social responsibility, its influence factors, related theoretical explanation and model building. Thus, it lays a theoretical foundation for further studies on college students＇ corporation social responsibility.
