| 摘 要： | 用阿霉素聚L-乳酸微球包埋在家兔的骨腔中，观察药物微球在体内缓释释药时对家兔心、肝、肾功能及血象的影响，病理组织学观察其对骨质损伤情况．结果表明，阿霉素微球在体内局部释药对机体无明显毒性作用，大剂量对局部组织的损伤随着药物的吸收而减轻．

| Abstract: | By doxorubicin L\|poly lactic acid microspheres implantated in the the bone lacuna of rabbits, it observed, the effect of sustaining releasing of Doxorubicin L\|poly lactic acid microspheres on heart, liver, kidneys and peripheral cytometry, and the damage to the bone observed by histological method. The results showed that sustaining releasing of Doxorubicin L\|poly lactic acid microspheres had no obvious toxicity effect and in high dosage could reduce with the absorb of the drugs. |
