RESD-1人体静电放电模型系统设计与研究

摘    要:根据"Sandia严格人体模型"的电路参数设计制作了RESD-1人体静电放电模型系统,对XX雷管和XX电爆管ESD进行了静电安全性实验研究.实验中考虑了火工品经低湿储存、多次静电刺激、在低湿条件下接受静电刺激以及经由脚-脚和脚-壳方式放电等多种因素对其静电安全性的影响.初步的实验结果表明,在军用武器的正常拆装过程中,XX雷管和XX电爆管均具有较高的静电安全性.

Abstract:RESD-1 human body electrostatic discharge model system,based on "Sandia strict human body model",was designed and manufactured.Electrostatic security experiments were carried out for the certain detonator and electronic detonator ESD.There were many factors,such as low humid stockpile,frequent static stimulation,static stimulation at low humid,foot to foot and foot to shell discharge,for the explosive to be considered for the infection of static security.Elementary experiments showed that the certain detonator and electronic detonator had better static security in the military weapon assembly and disassembly.
