| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的突飞猛进,图书馆的编目对象与工作方式发生了很大变化,图书馆编目员面临着图书馆内部与外部的压力与挑战,已经表现出分化的趋势,图书馆应该及时调整自己的管理机制,尽量减少图书馆骨干力量的外流。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of the information techniques,the cataloging objects and the working modes of the library have been changed greatly,and library's catalogers face the pressures and challenges inside and outside the library,and the trend of the differentiation has been expressed.The library should regulate its own managerial mechanism in time for reducing the outflow of its core members as much as possible. |
