黄芪注射液对非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者血清中Survivin表达的影响

目的探讨黄芪注射液对非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）患者血清中Survivin的表达的影响。方法80例NHL患者随机分为两组，治疗组采用黄芪注射液配合CHOP方案治疗，对照组单用CHOP方案化疗。治疗前后检测患者血清中Survivin浓度。评价两组患者的近期疗效、生存质量、毒副反应。结果治疗后与对照组比较，治疗组患者血清中Survivin浓度和毒副反应明显降低，近期疗效和生存质量显著提高。结论黄芪注射液可能通过协同CHOP方案降低NHL患者血清中Survivin浓度，提高NHL的治疗效果，改善生存质量，降低机体的毒副反应。

Influence of the Survivin expression in non- Hodgkin lymphoma patient blood serum to Radix astragali inoculation fluid

Objective To investigate the Survivin expression influence in non- Hodgkin in lymphoma （NHL） patient blood serum to radix astragali inoculation fluid. Methods Eighty NHL patients divides into two groups randomly, the treatment group uses the radix astragali inoculation fluid to coordinate the CHOP plan treatment, the control group uses the CHOP plan chemotherapy only. Before and after the treatment, the Survivin density in the patient blood serum were tested. And evaluated two group of patient＇ s short - term curative effects, the survival quality, the side - effects. Results Compared with the control group after the treatment, the Survivin density and the side - effects in the treatment group patient blood serum were obviously reduced, and the near cu- rative effect and the survival quality obviously enhanced. Conclusion The radix astragali inoculation fluid possibly through coordinates the CHOP plan to reduce the Survivin density in the NHL patient blood serum, enhances the NHL＇ s treatment results, improves the survival quality, reduces side - effects.
