恶性肿瘤患者血小板参数的变化及临床意义

目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者血小板参数的变化及临床意义。方法以同期80例健康体检者为对照,回顾性分析80例恶性肿瘤患者血小板参数的变化与肿瘤转移的关系。结果恶性肿瘤患者血小板计数（PLT）、平均血小板体积（MPV）、血小板压积（PCT）及血小板分布宽度（PDW）高于正常对照者（P〈0.01）,伴转移者PLT和PCT高于无转移者（P〈0.01）,而PDW和MPV无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论恶性肿瘤患者血小板参数明显增高,提示血小板与了肿瘤的生长和转移有密切关系,血小板参数可作为恶性肿瘤疗效及预后判断的参考指标。

Clinical significance of thrombocyte parameters patients with malignant tumors

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of thmmbocyte parameters in patients with malignant tumors. Methods Retrospective analysis of thrombocyte parameters changes in 80 patients with malignant tumors, and relationship between thmmbocyte parameters and cancer metastasis, 80 healthy subjects were served as normal control. Results Thrombocyte parameters including PLT, MPV, PCT and PDW in patients with caner were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects （ P 〈 0.01 ）, PLT and PCT in patients with metastasis were higher than those in patient without metastasis, whistle there was no significant difference in PDW and MPV between patients with metastasis and without metastasis（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Thmmbocyte parameters including PLT, MPV, PCT and PDW are significantly increased in patients with malignant tumors, suggesting that PLT takes part in the development and metastasis of cancers.
