干性颅骨上颌牙槽高度的解剖学观测

目的研究正常上颌骨牙槽的高度值。方法选择60例上颌牙槽清晰或有牙保留的颅骨,用橡皮泥充填上颌牙槽,确定牙槽最低平面,用游标卡尺测量上颌各牙牙槽最低平面至各牙根尖端的高度值。结果上颌60例各牙相应的牙槽高度均超过10mm,其中中切牙牙槽窝高度为（11.10±1.25）mm,侧切牙为（10.66±1.30）mm,尖牙为（15.51±1.41）mm,第一前磨牙为（11.29±0.97）mm,第二前磨牙为（11.63±1.16）mm,第一磨牙为（10.67±0.95）mm,第二磨牙为（10.37±0.96）mm,第三磨牙为（10.14±1.05）mm。结论上颌各牙的牙槽窝高度均在10mm以上。

Height of Normal Alveoli Dentales Maxillae

Objective To explore the height of normal alveoli dentales maxillae. Methods Sixty lean alveoli dentales maxillae samples were experiment. The alveoli dentales maxillae were filed with rubber mud far to the lowest level, and measured the height of each alveoli dentales maxillae from the lowest level of upper jaw to the apex of root of tooth with sliding caliper. Results The height of the sixty dentes examples of alveoli dentales maxillae in upper jaw was not less than 10mm. Among them the height of central incisor alveolus dentalis was （ 11. 10 ±1.25） mm, the lateral incisor （10.66±1.30） mm, the dentes canini （15.51 ±1.41） mm, the first bicuspid tooth （ 11.29 ±0.97） mm, the second bicuspid tooth （ 11.63 ±1.16） mm, the first molar （ 10.67 ±0.95） mm, the second molar （10.37 ±0.96）mm, the third molar （10.14 ±1.05） mm. Conclusion The height of each upper jaw alveoli dentales maxillae is not less than 10 mm.
