双孔非气腹腔镜技术在胆囊切除中的运用

目的探讨双孔非气腹技术在胆囊切除中的效果。方法采用临床病例对照的方法，设置常规腹腔镜胆囊切除组（气腹组）和双孔非气腹腔镜切除组（非气腹组）进行手术。结果两组病例比较，手术时间（t=0．956，P=0．361）、胃肠道恢复时间（t=0．038，P=0．970）、平均住院时间（t=0．117，P=0．911）、并发症的发生率（P=1．00）均无显著性差异。结论对于有心肺功能障碍的胆囊结石的老年患者使用非气腹技术是安全可行的，疗效与气腹组相当；双孔技术是腔镜技术向“无创”发展的重要阶段。

Conclusion The non - pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic choleeystectomy be safety to those choleeyst calculus whose heart and lung be in poor condition, there is no significant difference between those two groups. The bi - aperture technique be very important step to ＂none - invasive ＂operation style.
