微创术加脑室外引流术治疗小脑巨大血肿临床分析

目的分析YL-1型一次性颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针微创手术加颅脑外引流器行脑室外引流术治疗小脑巨大血肿方法及疗效。方法对我院2004年3月～2009年1月采用微创术加脑室外引流术治疗25例小脑巨大血肿患者临床资料进行分析。结果运用此法治疗可使患者死残率降低、愈合时间缩短。结论正确使用此方法治疗小脑巨大血肿疗效显著，是目前基层医院抢救小脑巨大血肿较好的方法。

Clinical analysis of minimally invasive therapy and outdoor ventricular drainage in the treatment of huge cerebellar hematoma

Objective To analyze the efficacy of the one - time YL - 1 type of intracranial hematoma puncture needle smashing minimally invasive therapy and outdoor ventricular drainage therapy in the treatment of cerebellar huge hematoma. Methods in our hospital from March 2004 to January 2009, 25 cases of cerebellar huge hematoma were treated by this method. Results Using this method of treatment of patients reduces the mortality, disability, healing time. Conclusion The proper use of this method will get significant effects by the treatment of cerebellar huge hematoma, it is a effective way to treat huge cerebellar hematoma in basic level hospitals.
