| 摘 要： | 马来酸替加色罗（Tegaserod Maleate）作为一种选择性5-羟色胺4受体（5-HT4）部分激动剂，通过激动胃肠道的5-HT4受体，刺激胃肠蠕动的反射和肠道分泌，对多种胃肠道功能性疾病均有一定的治疗作用。本文综合介绍马来酸替加色罗临床前药理及应用。

| Abstract: | Tegaserod Maleate, as a 5 - HT4 receptor partial agonist, accelerates gastric emptying and gastro-intestinal transit in healthy subjects and can be effective in curing gastro-intestestinal functionary diseases. The essay totally introduces the clinical pharmacology and its applications. |
