摘    要:结合中学化学教学具体情景和教学内容,探索了小先生制模式在中学化学教学中的可行性及实施过程.实施效果表明,小先生制模式可以很好地培养学生学习的自主性,促进学生学会学习和合作学习,有利于提高学生的综合素质.

Abstract:Combining chemistry teaching in middle school with specific scenario and teaching content,this paper explores the feasibility and process of the Cross-age Teaching Mode in chemistry teaching in middle school.The experimeatal result shows that,Cross-age Teaching Mode can train independent learning of students,promote them to learn how to learn and their cooperative learning,and improve their comprehensive quality.
