利用文献资料法,分析旋转推铅球技术的优势,认为旋转推铅球技术是不同身体条件的运动员都可采用的技术,尤其适用于身体灵活但身材不高大的亚洲运动员.提出建议:(1)运用亚洲运动员协调性好的优势,弥补身材矮小的不足;(2)加强对旋转推铅球技术的研究,建立适合亚洲运动员的技术模型;(3)从小进行旋转推铅球的技术训练,培养世界级优秀运动员.

A Discussion on the Advantage of Revolving Style Technique in Pushing Shot and the Development of Shot Event in Asia

By using the method of document,this paper analyzed the advantage of revolving style technique in pushing shot The result indicated that this technique adapt to all athletes with different physical condition,especially adapt to Asia athletes who have oppositely runty stature but have agile action Suggest:(1) Making up to Asia athlete for oppositely runty stature with their compatible action.(2) Establishing aptly technical model about Asia athlete with father research in technique.(3) Strengthening the early technical practice in Asia athlete,training global-level athletes.
