| Abstract: | This paper simulates the metal forging process of new hollow-axles by using DEFORM-3D finite element method, researches the influences of technological parameters on the metal forming process of the hollow-axles, and based on researching the distribution of stress and strain, analyzes the processing deformation law and mechanism. |
