| 摘 要： | 双语教学是当前高校教学改革的热点和难点,在理论研究和教学实践方面都取得了可喜的成绩,然而作为高等教育重要组成部分的新建地方本科院校,在双语教学开展方面却存在着诸多困扰。在对新建地方本科院校双语教学现状分析的基础上,提出了相应的对策,对新建地方本科院校更好地开展双语教学有一定的借鉴作用。
