野生冬虫夏草红外分析与鉴别

摘    要:运用FT-IR法对野生虫草进行了分析,得到了野生虫草的特征吸收峰,分别为1746,1656 cm-1和1549,1155 cm-1及1082,1023 cm-1,它们分别代表脂类、蛋白质和多糖.另外,运用二阶导数谱进一步增强了特征吸收峰的分辨率,丰富了其红外信息,运用这些特征峰对伪品虫草进行了鉴别,这为野生虫草的真伪鉴别提供了一套快速而有效的方法.

Abstract:FT-IR technology has been employed for the analysis of wild Cordyceps sinensis, and its characteristic absorption peaks have been obtained.In the IR spectra, the characteristic peaks are 1 746,1 656 cm-1(fat),1 549,1 155 cm-1(protein),1 082 and 1 023 cm-1(amylase),respectively.At another angle,their resolution are enhanced and the information of IR spectrum are amplified with the secondary derivative IR spectra.The characteristic absorption peaks are applied to the discrimination of the counterfeit Cordyceps sinensis,which provides a more rapid and effective method for the discrimination of Cordyceps sinensis.
