| 摘 要： | 针对寒地城市住宅小区建设缺乏系统的规划模式,提出住宅前期设计体系.综合建筑计划学所应考虑的各项问题,通过研究简便易行的应用方法,对住宅小区的各项经济指标、风格、功能配套、户型特点等进行科学系统分析,并制定计划书,提出规模性质、目标定位、整体风格定位、户型定位及相关配套设施定位等建筑计划方法.该方法在小区设计中可以广泛应用.

| Abstract: | Aimed at the lack of systematic application pattern of residential area design in cold city, the paper offers an earlier period housing design system involving problems of architectural planning that should be subjected to consideration. Scientific system and analysis of economic indicator, style, functional arrangement and features of housing type etc, and architectural planning methods such as writing the project scheme, scale character, aim orientation, whole style orientation, household type orientation and related supplemental facility orientation etc are realized by studying simple and convenient application methods. This method can be applied to use in residential area design extensively. |
