中国东南沿海锯缘青蟹群体的形态判别分析

摘    要:测量了福建连江、浙江宁海、福建厦门、广东深圳、海南三亚、广西北海6个样地锯缘青蟹群体的23个形态特征值,用SYSTAT统计软件对这6个样地的锯缘青蟹群体进行聚类分析和判别分析,并建立了判别公式.聚类分析把宁海群体、连江群体、深圳群体、北海群体、三亚群体划为一组;厦门群体划为一组.判别分析可将6个锯缘青蟹群体完全分开,平均拟合概率为88.89%.其中连江群体、宁海群体、深圳群体、三亚群体、北海群体及厦门群体的判别准确率分别为90.5%、85.7%、90.5%、76.2%、90.5%及100%.6个锯缘青蟹群体的形态特征比率非常相似.

Abstract:Discriminant analysis and cluster analysis were conducted by SYSTAT, based on 23 morphological characters of Scylla serrata from six populations: Ninghai in Zhejiang Province, Lianjiang in Fujian Province, Xiamen in Fujian Province, Shenzhen in Guangdong Province, Beihai in Guangxi Province and Sanya in Hainan Province. In the results of cluster analysis, five S. serrata populations are pooled into one group, they were Ninghai, Lianjiang, Shenzhen, Beihai and Shanya, while S. serrata population in Xiamen is pooled into another group. In discriminant analysis, six S. serrata populations could be divided from each other automatically, mean accuracy rate of discrimination is 88.89%, and the accuracy rate of discrimination on six S. serrata populations from Lianjiang, Ninghai, Shenzhen, Shanya, Baihai and Xiamen is 90.5%;85.7%;90.5%;76.2%;90.5%and 100% respectively. The rate of morphological character in six S. serrata populations is similar.
