基于ADINA的液压锥阀流场解析

摘    要:基于计算流体力学方法,用AutoCAD,Pro/E建立了液压锥阀的几何模型,采用ADINA软件的ADINA-FSI模块对不同情况下液压锥阀流场进行仿真分析,得到了锥阀流场的压力分布图和速度矢量图。通过ADINA的后处理模块,获得了锥阀不同开口度、入口流速、阀芯锥角与锥阀内部流场之间的关系。研究结果对锥阀结构优化设计具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:Based on Computational Fluid Dynamics Approach, the geometry models of the poppet valvewere established by using AutoCAD and Pro/E. The ADINA - FSI module of ADINA was used to simulateand analyze the flow field of the poppet valve under different conditions. The valve port flow pressure dis-tribution and velocity vector were got. The relationship between the poppet valve internal flow field and thedifferent opening position, entrance velocity and conical angle of the poppet valve were obtained. Thefindings can be applied in the designing and optimizing of the poppet valve structure.
