摘    要:招聘面试是人力资源管理的基础工作,是企业招募人才的主要途径。面试是一种科学的人员甄选和测评技术,是人员招聘过程中广泛使用的测评手段。在阐释全新的招聘理念的基础上,介绍了面试过程中应做的工作与应把握的环节,并分析了面试中常见的心理误差。

Abstract:Personnel recruitment and interview, which is the basic work of human resource management, is the main channel of employing talents for enterprises. The interview, which is a technique for selecting and evaluating the personnel scientifically, is an evaluating means widely used in the course of the personnel recruitment and interview. Based on explaining the totally new concept of personnel recruitment and interview, this paper introduces some works that should be done and links that should be grasped in the course of the interview, and analyzes on some common psychological errors in the interview.
