运用合作对策理论研究了在市场经济条件下合资建设项目的经济评价方法，给出了各投资者愿意合作投资建设项目的超可加性经济效益原则；给出并证明了合资项目经济效益公平分配定理，并陈述了项目合作的稳定性准则；运用项目经济盈亏平衡的新定义建立了合作投资的谈判域．作为理论的应用，本文作了案例研究

A NEW STUDY IN ECONOMIC EVALUATION OF JOINT VENTURE PROJECT

In this paper, a economic evaluation of joint venture project under market economy is studied on the basis of cooperative game theory. A criterion of superadditive economic benefit of cooperative investment in construction project is given. A theorem of equitable distribution of profit in joint venture project is given and proved. A criterion of cooperative stability in joint venture project is described. The negotiation domain of profit of cooperative investment in joint venture project is established according to the new definition of economic breakeven equilibrium. As an application of the theory, a real case is studied.
