| 摘 要： | 针对铝厂生产铝的中间产物铝酸钠溶液成分浓度，现场测量采用实验室化学分析法存在滞后的问题，提出利用电磁感应原理，通过微机控制计算出铝酸钠溶液主要成分的浓度，介绍了测量原理，系统的设计与调试，实现了在线实时测量。系统运行稳定，功能强大，配置灵活，使用方便，易于操作，具有较广泛的实用推广价值。

| Abstract: | In view of the problem caused by experiment chemical analysis on the concentration measurement of the intermediate product---sodium aluminate solution composition in aluminum manufacturer, this thesis takes advantage of electromagnetism principle, calculates the concentration of the sodium aluminate solution composition by computer control, introduces the measure principle, the system design and adjustment and realizes the on-line real-time measurement. This system can operate steadily and easily. It has great function and convenient allocation and the usage can be spread widely. |
