摘    要:分析了装备保障过程中远程监测和网络协作故障诊断技术研究的必要性、意义和效益,提出了以公共对象请求代理体系结构(common object request broker architecture,CORBA)为基础的复杂装备网络化故障诊断体系的架构及其实现方案。系统采用现场总线技术组建测控子系统,实现了分布式监控;采用CORBA技术屏蔽了软硬件平台、数据库及网络协议上的异构性,并融入智能代理技术使之进一步具有监测诊断的智能性和自主性;采用KIF实现了知识的共享和重用;采用移动计算技术提高了计算效率。整个系统具有经济、开放、安全、可靠等特点。

Abstract:This paper analyses the necessity,significance and benefits of the research on remote monitoring and network cooperative diagnosis technology in the equipment support process ,and presents the frame work and implementation scheme of the network fault diagnosis system for complicated equipment based on CORBA .With this system distributed monitoring is realized by establishing the test and control subsystem based on the field bus technology,and the difference in the software-hardware platform,database and network protocol is shielded. The intelligent proxy technology is incorporated,making the system more intelligent and independent in the remote monitoring and cooperative diagnosis. The adoption of the KIF technology leads to knowledge sharing ,and the introduction of the mobile computation technology increases the count rate of the system. The system is economic,open,safe and reliable.
