| 摘 要： | 基于GSM技术构建手机短信平台，应用AT指令实现了GSM MODEM的短信收发控制。该短信平台为学生服务，承担各项考试成绩的实时发布，每年可为全校学生节省数万元的话费开支。

| Abstract: | SMS platform was constructed based on GSM technology.This realized GSMMODEM SMS transceiver control by applying AT instructions.This SMS platform is aimed to provide service for student.It will realize the real-time release of students' examination results,and can annually save students tens of thousands of telephone expenditures. |
