论农村生态环境污染治理与可持续发展--对国家级生态示范区浙江丽水市农村环境污染治理的调查与思考

随着农村经济的快速发展，畜禽养殖业和农业综合开发规模的不断扩大，乡镇工业对资源利用强度的日益增加，农村环境污染和生态破坏日趋严重，形成“点源与面源共存、生活污染与工业排放叠加、各种新旧污染与二次污染相互复合”的严峻形势，总体状况不容乐观，有悖于建设社会主义新农村的根本目的。本文以浙江省丽水市为例，从生态环境的角度，重点分析了农村环境污染的现状压五大制约因素，强调要保护农村生态环境，只有走可持续发展之路，并针对性地提出对策。
