多碱阴极光谱响应监控研究

摘    要:该文介绍了在一代像增强器多碱阴极制备过程中,对其光谱响应进行连续监控的装置、试验结果等,并作了简单的分析。研究结果表明,Na2KSb材料在制备过程中一直是一种稳定的p型半导体,随着Na2KSb膜层厚度的增加,其峰值响应波长向长波方向移动,白光灵敏度也相应提高;锑、铯交替降低了Na2KSb的电子亲和势,延伸了光谱响应的长波阈值;锑、铯交替的表面处理是最终获得高灵敏度多碱阴极的关键。

Abstract:In this paper,the continual measure on spectral response of multialkali photocathode in the first generation image intensifier is presented and experiment apparatus and results are illustrated.It is shown that Na 2KSb is a stable p type semiconductor during processing.With the growth of thickness of Na 2KSb,its peak response wavelength moves toward long wavelength region and white light sensitivity increases thereafter. Coevaporation of Sb Cs decreases the electron affinity of photocathode so as to obtain high sensitivity photocathode.
