| Abstract: | The control parameters of Speech signal processing System are adaptively and dynamically modified through applications of the fuzzy control and fractal theory into nonlinear data processing.The effects of the new filtering method are verified by means of computer Simulation and the intelligent interface of speech processing system has been set up. |
