川产道地药食资源石榴的保健功能与开发利用

目的:以川产道地药食资源石榴为对象,深入探讨石榴的保健功能与开发利用现状,并提出相关建议和思路.方法:采用文献复习、专利查阅以及数据分析等多种方法,对石榴的药食资源部位、生物活性成分、药效保健功能,以及相关产品的专利及开发利用现状进行了大量分析与总结.结果:石榴活性成分丰富,药理作用广泛,药食保健价值巨大,具有广阔的应用开发前景.结论:深入开展川产道地药食资源会理石榴的精深加工与开发利用,将有助于促进攀西地区特色食药生物资源的开发与产业化发展,促进区域协调持续发展,提高民族区域经济效益.

Health care function and exploitation of Sichuan genuine medicinal food resource-pomegranate

Purpose: Pomegranate is a rich source of bioactive substances beneficial to human health, has high nutritional value and the function of medicine health food. This paper takes genuine medicinal food material resources-pomegranate, produced in Sichuan, as the object, to make further exploration of the health care function and the development status quo of pomegranates and put forward relevant suggestions and ideas. Methods: Using methods such as literature review, patent review and data analysis to make intensive analysis and summary in the valuable area, biological active ingredient and efficacy of health care functions of pomegranates, along with related product`s patents and development status quo. Results: Pomegranate is rich in active ingredients and has widespread pharmacological action as long as huge health-care value, which gives it a wide application prospects. Conclusion: Conducting in-depth fashioning and exploitation of Sichuan genuine medicinal material resources-pomegranate, would help to promote the development and industrialization of special medicinal food resources in Panxi region, to facilitate regional sustainable development and to improve the efficiency of the regional economy.
