负载型二氧化钛光催化氧化甲醛废水的动力学研究

摘    要:以颗粒活性炭为载体,钛酸丁酯、乙醇为原料,采用sol-gel法制备了TiO2-活性炭复合材料(TiO2/AC).同时采用紫外灯为光源,考察了不同TiO2/AC复合材料投加量以及不同甲醛废水初始浓度对光催化反应速率的影响.结果表明:TiO2/AC复合材料光催化甲醛废水的动力学表现为Langmuir-Hinshel-woof一级反应动力学规律.

Abstract:Abstract: TiO2 was p repared by sol - gel technique with tetrabutyl titanate and ethanol as p recursor, and the supported TiO2 cata2 lysts on active carbon were p repared by soak and sinteringmethod. The effects of initial phenol concentration and quantity of catalyst on the photoelectrocatalytic reaction rate of phenolwere investigated with ultraviolet light. The kinetics of formaldehyde degradation reac2 tion can be described by Langmuir - HinsheL lwood model.
