摘    要:为了解决虚拟装配工艺规划系统实际应用中的问题,提出了面向虚拟装配的计算机辅助装配工艺规划系统(CAAPPSFVA)体系结构,通过功能模型和信息流模型分析了该体系结构.该系统为虚拟装配系统提供了辅助功能,但与虚拟装配系统之间存在着松散耦合关系,可以独立使用并可与PDM系统实现集成.提出了使用工艺设计树对当前产品结构及其相关工艺文件进行管理的方法.原型系统的实现表明,该体系结构具有开放性、实用性,能够满足虚拟装配系统的需求.

Abstract:Architecture of computer aided assembly process planning system for virtual assembly (CAAPPSFVA) is presented. CAAPPSFVA intends to aid virtual assembly process planning system (VAPPS) implementing its functions comprehensively. The function model and information stream model of CAAPPSFVA are given. CAAPPSFVA supplies many assistant functions for VAPPS and is integrated with PDM system. The relation between CAAPPSFVA and VAPPS is loosely coupled, so CAAPPSFVA can be independently used. A method of process designing tree is given. It is used to manage the product that is under process designing and also the relevant processing files. A prototype system instance manifested that the architecture can satisfy the requirement of the virtual assembly system.
