卷烟工艺中梗丝在线分离回收系统研制及经济性分析

针对PROTOS70卷烟机二次风分装置在生产过程中因烟丝吸入集中除尘系统而造成的烟丝浪费问题,提出三次风分技术并研制单台分离装置,建立起多机组梗丝在线分离回收系统.该系统由一级和二级分离系统组成,第一级分离将烟丝和烟梗进行分离,第二级提取有效成分实现烟丝和烟尘分离.在卷烟厂的应用结果表明,每台卷烟机年节约烟丝成本约为100万元.同时,从全生命周期的角度采用基于费用年值及动态投资回收期的经济性评价方法,分析了梗丝在线分离回收系统的经济可行性.结果表明,梗丝在线分离回收系统具有很强的盈利能力及较短的投资回收期.

Development and Economic Analysis of Online Separating andRecycling System of Cigarette Technology

The paper puts forward the waste of tobacco shred in PROTOS70 secondary pneumatic separating,the thrice pneumatic separating is proposed to develop unit separating set.The unit-sets are established for online tobacco separating and recycling system of multi-sets.The system adopts two-stage pneumatic separation,the first stage was a cyclone separator to separate the suspended matter from dusting airflow,the second stage to separate cut tobacco from tobacco dust.The results of application show that the cost of cut-tobacco production has been saved nearly about one million Yuan each year.Within the full life cycle,the method for economic evaluation,on the basis of annual cost and additional investment payoff period,is used to analyze economic viability of online tobacco separating and recycling system.The results show that the recycling system possesses high profitability and short pay back period.
