人造丝增强橡胶纵向冲击的拉伸本构模型

摘    要:应用一套可用于高速冲击拉伸下大变形测量的激光光栅变形测量系统,通过大量不同冲击速率、不同的纤维布设角度下的人造丝增强橡胶高速冲击拉伸实验,得到了该材料在不同冲击拉伸速率下的应力一应变曲线。并且在理论分析的基础上,建立了该材料在纵向冲击拉伸下的本构方程。此研究工作将为人造丝增强橡胶在工程实际中的合理应用提供一定的理论和实验依据。

Abstract:The stress-strain curves of rayon reinforced rubber at different strain rates are gained by adopting a set of laser-grating system used in measuring large deformation under tensile-impact and performing a large number of impact-tensile tests at different strain rate and from different collocation angles. The theoretical analysis of the test results leads to the constitutive equation of RRR. This practice provides some theoretical and experimental basis for the reasonable application of RRR to the engineering.
