On the Service Mode Innovation under the Knowledge-based Economy

Being as one of the three main pillars of universities, the library is the principal base for collecting, sorting, storing and spreading the knowledge information, and the significant backing of technological innovation in the process of the education and scientific research in university, and also the important participator of the course innovation and conception innovation. This paper discusses on the innovation of university library's orientation, system, librarian quality, reading circumstances and service function under the mode of the digital library.
