包埋法固定SOD及固定化酶性质的研究

摘    要:采用包埋法固定SOD,并对固定化后的SOD的性质进行了研究,其结果表明,包埋剂聚丙烯酰胺的浓度为22.5%时,固定化的效果最好,固定化酶具有明显的热稳定,抗酸碱性,保存时间较长及可重复使用等优点.

Abstract:In this study, embedding was applied to immobilize SOD and the properties of the immobilized SOD was studied. The result showed that as an embedding reagent, polyacrylamide exhibited the best immobilizing effect when its concentration was (22.5%.) As a consequence, the immobilized SOD had many distinct strongpoints such as being stable to heat, acid and alkali, the prolonged preserving duration and the capability of repeatitive use.
