| 摘 要： | 首先对过去近半个世纪中有关多元化经营的理论进行评论和比较 ,然后对在不同条件下的多元化经营业绩进行分析 ,总结不为常人所察觉的影响多元化经营业绩的重要因素 ,其中以是否拥有核心能力影响最大 .其后以有无核心能力理论为支持 ,对多元化经营的特性做了全面的研析 ,并剖析了单纯多元化经营的缺陷 ,提出在培育核心能力基础上的多元化经营战略

| Abstract: | From a review of the related diversification theories in the past half century, the paper explores the diversification on the basis of the core competence theory. Through comparison of the diversification functions with and without the support of core competence theory, the paper defines the importance of the combination of these two elements. Furthermore the paper also provides a set of value added strategies, which can better diversify running in the real world. At last the future research is suggested. |
